Every 10 IRL Mins roll a Wandering Monster die with 1/6 odds.

On Death: if there are living hirelings, player promotes a Hireling to PC.  If no hirelings: PC becomes a Ghost; they possess all the stats they had in life, are incorporeal, undead, and can fly slowly. They can take 1 action that affects the physical world by dealing a living PC 1 HP damage. Nothing can prevent this damage. This cannot break the 2 actions per Combat Turn Rule. A Ghost may Possess a corpse; to do this, they must permanently lower the HP of a living PC by the number of HP the possessed corpse will have. A PC may not be dropped to lower than 1 HP in this way;  if a PC has 1 Max HP and a Ghost tries to possess a corpse, they may possess the corpse and it will have 1 HP. They may then play the possessed corpse, altering stats accordingly. A Ghost may leave behind a possessed body, which vanishes to ash in its wake.
